Beaver Scouts

For Boys and Girls aged 6 - 8 years old

Beavers meet Tuesdays 6 to 7pm in the Large Hall at St Andrew's Church, and they are the youngest section in the 9th Roxeth Scout Group.  They are led by fully trained Leader volunteers.  Beavers have fun and get to make new friends. We develop self-confidence in building friendships, by  playing games and learning new things. Very often this involves getting dirty doing arts and crafts, or by trying out cooking.  Beavers have the opportunity to gain badges in many activities, and also have the opportunity take part in outings and sleepovers during the year.  We also take part in big district and county-wide events.
